PHOTOGENIC Photographers of Dalkey specialises in creating beautiful portraits – printed and framed by expert craftspeople – to display in your home. Since they established their portrait studio in 1991, Barry & Margaret Moore have focused on just one thing – to give their clients wonderful family portraits which capture the important people, memories and times of their lives. PHOTOGENIC opened in it’s present location in Dalkey on June 16th 1999. Both Barry & Margaret hold formal photography qualifications and started their careers as photographers of commercial interiors & products, which was nice but not very rewarding personally. The pictures were very much “…here today and gone tomorrow”. It wasn’t long before they realised the only photographs that really mattered or were truly valued for any length of time were the portraits they created for family, for friends & for themselves.
