Subh Fraoc Ban, based in Ballinode, Co. Monaghan, produces homemade artisan jams, condiment sauces, and relishes. All my products are cooked in small batches to retain the essence of their ingredients and are vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Ingredients are sourced locally when in season and I use traditional cooking methods to preserve them for all year round eating.

As a working chef for over 3-5 years both internationally and in Ireland, Val O’Kelly developed these amazing full-flavoured products that have been served in my restaurants now they are coming to a table near you.
