After attending a Hedgerow Wine Making course in Co Clare, which included cordial making, I started making fresh elderflower cordial. Not a fan of typical soft drinks: too sweet and too fizzy! When the fresh elderflower season finished, I experimented with dried elderflowers and came up with my main product: a slightly sparkling elderflower drink. Now supplied in 6 Supervalu’s in Kildare, Dublin and Meath. I also produce cordials at a local market and direct to regular customers in different flavours based on the season, currently elderflower, strawberry and grapefruit. All handmade and homemade.
